The staff are an asset to this hotel, with their friendliness and superb customer service. The biggest disappointment was the food. The food at the grill was bland and buffet was always cold. Experience some hit and misses with selections from the a la carte menu."

"It's off the main roads but minutes away from them. It has a view to die for. The staff as most of the Filipino people are, well just super polite and gracious. If I go back to Palawan I know where I will stay. Worth a visit and you'll see why, plus the food and breakfast is incredible not to mention the rooftop bar and beautiful swimming pool. "

"We've been here before so we already knew that the rooms are worn, that there's no WiFi in the room (and in the public areas where there is - it's poor), that the grounds need more attention, and that the public restrooms near the sports desk are disgusting. The boats are also awful, with uncomfortable plastic benches. We returned anyway because the view is spectacular, the pools are fantastic, and the food at the restaurant is OK and reasonably-priced. Having no other such island resort option...
