"Treat yourself and stay here - probably the best place with the best value on an expensive island. Run by the kindest and classiest French lady, in the most beautiful village - we were early and they made sure to get the room ready much before time. We were allowed to use the pool in the very luxurious beautiful sister hotel Giri where you could also have breakfast - we didn’t try but bet it’s delicious. Superbe!!!!!!!! 10 out 5!!!"

"I loved how close it was to the beach. The food was really good. The wi-fi in the rooms could be hit and miss. Very quiet area, unless you are at the back of the hotel near the entrance. Lots of reverse parking beepers due to drop offs and pick ups. The hotel seemed very popular. Not as noisy with patio door shut. Really enjoyed our stay."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Ibiza, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront, and my room came with a lovely balcony that offered an amazing view. The cleanliness of the place was impressive; the cleaners did an excellent job maintaining my room every day. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Diane at the front desk for her assistance, Manuel the bartender for crafting some delightful cocktails, and Belen, who served me during breakfast. The entire team, even those whose names I didn’t catch, did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway!"

"Best hotel we have stayed in during our annual Ibiza holiday’s everything 10/10 The service was amazing, my son had a wonderful time in the kids club and never wanted to leave! The team were incredible! 10/10 in every aspect! The spa was wonderful. One of the best massage’s I’ve ever had! Thank you very much for a short but wonderful stay in Eivissa! We will be back! Only downside was that the activities such as morning yoga and Pilates were before the childcare drop off, meaning I wasn’t able to join in. (Would be fab to introduce a little later class during school holidays) "

"We had a great stay here, all the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Especially the girls on the anamacion team. They were always cheery and even though our daughter is too young to participate in most things they always spoke to her and tried to include her, making balloon animals for her etc. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone else looking for a quiet family break on Ibiza."

"I stayed at The Giri Residence with two friends for four days in mid-July. The hotel and location were gorgeous. We wanted a relaxing stay for a holiday and to celebrate my 40th birthday. While the rooms and hotel were stunning, we felt that customer service was very disappointing. The staff were nice and polite but they were not very attentive. Prior to arrival, I had made hotel staff aware that three of us would be sharing our suite - despite this, they only stocked the room for two people and we had to ask for additional glasses, towels and dressing gown on more than one occasion. When we checked in we didn't receive any information about the hotel, the spa or its facilities / treatments available to us. We weren't told where breakfast would be served or even given a tour of the hotel. Before arrival, I made the hotel aware that I would be celebrating a special birthday and asked if they could recommend any fun activities we could book for the day. I was told that they would discuss suggestions when we arrive - unfortunately, this did not happen. Breakfast was lovely but service was often slow. While the luxury hotel matched the price we paid it wasn't reflected in the customer service."
