"Amazing resort, we were greeted with a nice drink and cool wash cloths. All the staff are eager to please and make your vacation wonderful. The resort is clean, beautiful and just the right size for navigating. The Buffet is on the small side and at times lacked dinner options. The a la carte restaurants were amazing and made up for the dinner buffet. The lunch options were plentiful, many days a lathe outdoor buffet was set up with a bbq which was so great! The Explorers club was FANTASTIC! My daughter never wanted to leave it, super organized, great activities and awesome staff. My only downfall was the room layouts are not overly private when staying with children, semi frosted glass doors to the toilet and shower and open concept rooms that aren’t overly big. I would love to return to this resort again in the future. "

"Dreams Sapphire was soooo amazing! It was a very safe and laid back property. Great option for families or couples. We did the preferred option which I highly highly reccomend. You get access to the adult only pool with complimentary Bali beds if you book a day ahead. I can not say enough good things about the staff! The adult pool had Jose and Resendas and they were AMAZING!!! Jose was so attentive and made us feel so well taken care of. Resendas made the most amazing drinks and would surprise us everyday with fun new drinks. They were tasteful and not like drinking gasoline. The pool was clean and quiet. They do a good job at looking after the area. The restaraunts were amazing. Our favourite was Portofino with amazing Italian options. Daniel was our waiter a couple nights and he took amazing care of us. I would go there just for him! The blue water grill (preferred) was so good and right on the ocean. Definitely wear your hair up when eating there as the ocean breeze will catch up to you! The service at all the dining options was not the quickest, be prepared to wait. The waiters were still amazing and friendly I feel they just lack staff and it adds long wait times. The entertainment was great. Lots of things to do at all hours of the day. Kid friendly options that adults are more than welcome to join in! Great evening opportunities! We loved dancing with the team every night. "The place was safe and walkable to everywhere. The beach around Puerto Morelos is not that nice, mostly because no one cleans it up or keeps it free from sargasm and other weeds. "
