"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. Our credit card number was manually recorded including cv #, this is not standard...

"The apartment is very centrally located in the historic district and very close to the beach as well. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, nice shopping stores & grocery stores. Walking distance to main historic sites. Saturday night was an extremely busy night so it got noisy at night but the rest of the nights were quiet. Very nice place. "

"The apartment on the 5th floor would be large enough for a family of six. There is so much room with three bedrooms two with their own washrooms. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Close to all the sites in Old town as well as bars and restaurants but the location on Navàs means it’s quiet. Very accommodating team that looks after your every need. "

"Booked this hotel for a birthday weekend it surpassed our expectations. The bus from the area stops 50 yards from the hotel so getting here and back to the airport was cheap and easy. The hotel is modern clean and well serviced by the excellent staff. "Cheerful easy check in. Unfortunately not kettle or cups in the rooms which is a bit of a let down for a 4* hotel. WiFi doesn’t appear to reach the balcony. Ideal place to stop near Alicante airport if you are arriving late or departing early plenty of eateries very close by. Airport is approximately ten minutes away and a garage is near the hotel to refuel hire car on way to airport. "

A great stay

"The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book this hotel. "
