"Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk."

"This was a our second stay here and it was just as good -would certainly recommend. We arrived two hours early but were given our bungalow after only one hour's wait so that was good. The layout of the complex is nice and the pool although cold was very nice. As for position - it is very close to the sea front with level access to the beach, harbour and shops. The bus station is only a short walk with buses to the airport every quarter of an hour or so. The one thing that I would suggest...

"Beautifully appointed hotel with quality furnishings and fittings superb huge bed . Spacious rooms and social area's. A bit of maintenance required but nothing in your face. "The host and property are lovely. (Be aware of extra charges) IE, washer, jacuzzi..! A car is essential as nothing near to do, no bars, restaurants or shops. Nice place to just rest, relax and try something different if just passing through. "

"Room cleanliness good, breakfast and evening buffet fine. No water provided in the room though and all-inclusive is poor unless you live by the bar and drink lots of alcohol. Pool area very average and water cold. Treadmill in the gym didn't work, mini-golf and jacuzzis have been removed. Never had a pool towel when I went to ask for one. Conveniently located for the airport and golf courses as long as you don't mind aeroplane noise overhead. "
