"Check in was on the top (4th) floor with no elevator. When we were showed to our room, it had not been cleaned. The shower was cold with no pressure. Literally could not wait to check out. You get what you pay for."

"Nice property and location. Friendly staff. We had requested an early check in, noon instead of 3pm. I was surprised that they wanted to charge 500 pesos ($25 US) for this convenience. This is unacceptable."
