The hotel is up a steep hill, so if you have a problem walking back up, then this is not for you. On last day as we were leaving, hot water stopped for the whole hotel. If you go with a group of family and choose dinner option, you need to make sure the staff in the restaurant are notified daily for tables to be put together. Remember to read the card in wc to put dirty towels in the shower to be changed, otherwise they will ignore them, even if you put on floor. You have to ask house keeping for soap and shampoo otherwise they do not replace what you use. The bar for coffee is closed at night. No phone in the room. You need pay a deposit for the TV remote control. The decor in the rooms are 70's/80's. The people working in reception were helpful, but they work long hours and are a bit stressed with all the little things wrong with the hotel. Not 1 day went by without complaints being made by guests during our visit. The restaurant workers were really good except the older anger with glasses. If you confront him that tables are not done, then he gets upset you had to have him do his job. If you leave any thing sweet in your room, then it is covered with ants shortly. Be prepared to pay upon arrival for check-in. No kettles for tea or coffee in room. The food on some days for dinner were cooked until dry, and some food were from cans. Salad lettuce was fresh daily. You cannot bring purchased drinks or food to areas within the hotel.
