"La propiedad está en un edificio súper grande de tres torres y 20 pisos, las torres se comunican entre sí, el edificio es muy moderno y lujoso , en el primer piso hay tres piscinas , tres yacuzzis y un innumerable número de sillas , muebles y camas de piscina algunas salas con techo, un sueño , es demasiado grande, tranquilo , mucho personal a disposición de cualquier situación, todo lo tienes en el edificio no tienes q salir a nada, me hospedé 5 días y 4 noches y la verdad fue una experiencia...

"We booked for two days, checked in late night, and left next morning. Property has a great Oceanview but wind noise through window gaps is very disturbing at night. It is a Duplex that was a problem for me. No hot water, no shower head, no soap. Close but difficult access to beach(two locked gates and many stairs). Wifi didn't work. But owner was nice to refund for the second day that we didn't stay, as booked."

"Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Could not get hold of anyone to register guests. The clothes washer was not working. The was. Omar conditioner in living are or kitchen. No hand towels or blankets. I left after a few hours and booked and different hotel. Would give zero stars if possible. "

"The communication with the host was the worst, he spoke to us in a very arrogant and rude tone. He threatened to cancel the reservation several times because I wasn’t answering right away. He said he did not have to be trying to contact me because it was not his job. I asked a very simple question about the payment I had to do, and he made it a problem. He charged us for a deposit that was not stated in hotels.com. He made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all. Worst experience."

"El hotel super limpio y las habitaciones con camas super comodas. Lo unico fue que una de las empleadas encargadas del desayuno nos falto el respeto diciendo que para nosotros no habia desayuno y nos dejo de ultimos para servirnos el desayuno. Parecia tener algo en contra de nosotros. Los empleados deberian ser mas respetuosos con los huespedes. Si la señora tenia un problema no debio pagarlo con nosotros "

"El hotel por el precio esta aceptable, pero tiene varias deficiencias, sin elevador, sin agua caliente y mucha bulla durante la noche, lo que si sobra decir , aire acondicionado eficiente, tiene nevera ejecutiva en la habitacion lo que ayuda bastante., y el personal es excelente , la atencion de recepcion y todo el personal nos agrado mucho, muy atentos y serviciales "
