"Great location. Comfortable. Needs a bit more character. Maybe some inexpensive wall art and plants. The ones there are in pretty bad shape. Mary and Viviana, our hostesses are very kind, sweet, caring. Guided us and provided useful tips . Mary did recommend we go to a local eatery: Beer Garden where we were totally ignored to the point we walked out. Not her fault though. "We booked for two days, checked in late night, and left next morning. Property has a great Oceanview but wind noise through window gaps is very disturbing at night. It is a Duplex that was a problem for me. No hot water, no shower head, no soap. Close but difficult access to beach(two locked gates and many stairs). Wifi didn't work. But owner was nice to refund for the second day that we didn't stay, as booked."

"The communication with the host was the worst, he spoke to us in a very arrogant and rude tone. He threatened to cancel the reservation several times because I wasn’t answering right away. He said he did not have to be trying to contact me because it was not his job. I asked a very simple question about the payment I had to do, and he made it a problem. He charged us for a deposit that was not stated in hotels.com. He made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all. Worst experience."

"No conocía este sector de Santa Marta (Gaira) y decidí venir por curiosidad. Es un lugar bastante agitado y concurrido, pero al entrar al Hotel 3H se siente un cambio inmediato: un oasis en medio del bullicio. Es quizá la mejor opción en la zona. Por un precio muy accesible, tienes habitaciones cómodas, desayuno incluido y parqueadero privado, lo cual es un gran plus para la comodidad y seguridad de los huéspedes. "El hotel super limpio y las habitaciones con camas super comodas. Lo unico fue que una de las empleadas encargadas del desayuno nos falto el respeto diciendo que para nosotros no habia desayuno y nos dejo de ultimos para servirnos el desayuno. Parecia tener algo en contra de nosotros. Los empleados deberian ser mas respetuosos con los huespedes. Si la señora tenia un problema no debio pagarlo con nosotros "
