Reasonable but pleasant hotel.

"Located close to the airport but a little far from center of Madrid. You will have to best commute by taxi or Uber which can be pricey. The good thing is that there is a fee shuttle to the airport which takes the stress off finding transportation there. The hotel was very modern and staff were friendly and courteous. I had a pleasant and relaxed stay."

"This is about 5 minutes from the Madrid airport. The metro station is across the road, about 30 mins and you will be at Plaza Mayor. The rooms are very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the airport. One thing to note, the toilet and shower rooms are just separated from the hotel room by frosted glass. It might be a concern if you prefer complete privacy in the bathroom. I would definitely stay again when flying from MAD."

"Really beautiful hotel in an area that's easy to get around the city. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there's an exceptional guest experience manager called Belen who helped to make my sister's 30th birthday celebrations extra special. A very BIG muchas gracias! I'd highly recommend staying here."

Beautiful and Comfortable

"This hotel was beautiful, clean, and the decor was gorgeous. THe bed was comfortable and the room was large and roomy. We ate dinner in the hotel and it was very good. I had a Pina Colada that was one of the best I have ever had. The service in the hotel and the restaurant was outstanding. "
