"Nice and clean but stale. Typical Lima apartment issues, bad plumbing so it smells gross after toilet use, and the owmer tried to charge us for pee on the bed whem it was merely tea spilled, and i think a miscommunication due to language barrier."

"Very comfortable, clean, modern, and very well located in a nice neighbourhood of Lima. Next to the Cultural Centre of a very prestigeous univesity where many events are held. Definitely, a very good choice. The only request could be to have a fridge to store some small food items."

"The location was good and the apartment was clean. The air conditioner didn’t work (looked like it hadn’t worked for a long time), so we needed to keep the windows open to stay cool, unfortunately that meant a good bit of sirens, car alarms, etc.,, every night. In a 3 night stay never had a shower warmer than body temperature and had to reach out to the management company a couple times to get clean towels / toilet paper. The ocean view in the description didn’t exist. Would stay somewhere...

"The property was in a great location and we felt like locals during our stay. Our questions were answered and resolved quickly. Each room had a private bathroom and that was very convenient. Overall, the apartment had lots of great space and light, but we did note that the property was dustier than we expected. "It’s the Little Things that Count! Hotel Souma completely exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a “nice” hotel—it’s the kind of place that quietly spoils you with little touches you didn’t know you needed until you had them. Think “why doesn’t every hotel do this?” kind of nice. The rooms are extremely comfortable, with thoughtful extras like a yoga mat (finally, a hotel that acknowledges we travel with bodies), and a magical water refill station on every floor! The beds come with a full pillow personality profile: fat or thin, soft or firm, they’ve got your neck covered. The staff are truly lovely—genuinely helpful, warm, and always ready with a smile or suggestion. The restaurants have great service and delicious food The location? Ideal. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, style, and substance. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! "

"The property experience was everything we could have asked for. We didnt eat in the hotel as we were there only for 1 night. Easy walk to restaurants and a nice park as well. After check out we asked to leave our bags while we explored the area. Planned on coming back to gather luggage and head out to airport.Took Uber to the ocean area and I unfortunately got violently ill. Made it back to the hotel and they were kind enough to extend me a late check out (until 8:30pm) so I could shower and rest before my 8 hour flight home to the US. Again- we’d already checked out in the am and instead of charging me a full days stay, I paid a fee for a late check out in a guest ready room for about 5 hours. I was beyond grateful for their kindness, sympathy and hospitality."
