They offer parking but it is on the street and much later they tell you that the parking is someone else's and they are not responsible. The shower does not work, the bathroom smells bad, there is a lot of noise during the night and it does not look at all like the images they publish, the rooms are very small and with poor hygiene

Clean. A bit hot : not much air circulation .The fan coverded the general noise , so it felt quiet. Johana ,the day receptionist is very kind. I asked for a waik-up call , but the attendant was asleep. Great location across the bus terminal

Clean Basic Downtown Hotel. Good value.
This hotel was better than I expected and a good value for the price. It was much better inside than it looked on the outside. Very clean, but basic. Personnel were very helpful. It was quiet after about 9:00 and in the morning. Afternoon and early evening some music from booths and small stores that surround the hotel. I would stay again. Not sure if parking is paid or free, but if paid, it is minimal.

En general, el servicio y la estadía en el hotel fueron buenas. Las habitaciones que nos asignaron estaban limpias y se sentían acogedoras, eso sí, el colchón un poco duro. Al buscar hotel en la app puse como filtro que contara con estacionamiento, me arrojó Hotel Kapu entre los resultados, pero al pagar la reserva llega un mensaje diciendo que en realidad no cuentan con este servicio y el estacionamiento afuera del hotel es ajeno a ellos y por lo tanto no se hacen responsables de algún daño al vehículo, lo que genera desconfianza. Sin embargo, afortunadamente no tuvimos problema con el estacionamiento

Realmente es un motel por horas, yo que viajaba con la familia, vimos unas lonas de $200x2 hrs, y entrar parejas, por lo cual mis padres se alertaron. La zona es insegura, de hecho en la noche se escucharon muchos ruidos y un golpe, mi mamá desde su habitación estaba preocupada y ya no pudimos conciliar el sueño, a la mañana siguiente hablé con la persona de recepción y me dijo que había alguien tomado que hizo este mal momento.Las habitaciones son MUY pequeñas, aunque limpias, da un aspecto diferente al de las fotos.
