I booked for a 2-night stay. When i got there, they said that they had to fix the a/c in the room the next day around 1:00pm. They offered a room next door with no balcony, smaller room, no tub. But the price would be the same to the room i made reservation for with balcony and tub which was the Junior Suite. I asked if they would be able to lower the price due to the inconvenience and downgraded room but they wouldn’t honor it. So, i checked-out and went to another hotel. It was hard finding another hotel because either fully booked or price was too high. Other than that, the Junior Suite was really nice!

Will not recommend, poor service!!
Unfortunately the service from the front desk and the restaurant ruins the good work that people are doing in the hotel. First of all they gave us a key that opened a different room, we had room 309, by accident we went to room 308 and we were able to open that room with the key. Luckily nobody was there. Then the restaurant, the food for breakfast, was very poor. We decided to buy our own breakfast, à la cart, but he was Very poor quality and very primitive service tour. The room did not have enough towels, and requested extra towels, it took about two hours to get the extra towels. It was about 11 o’clock at night when the towels came in. Also at the checkout, when we are in our car ready to leave we had the front desk person running out of the hotel accusing us of stealing a towel, she told us to go upstairs to the room to check where was the towel. We offer her to check our luggage, to go in the trunk of our car and look at our suitcases to found as stolen towel, we feel accused, and also we were asked to go upstairs to look for the towel, when actually it was no towel missing at all. We travel a lot all over the world for a long time, we retired people, and this is the first time ever they were accused of stealing it towel. Very poor service, very disappointing in the way things were handled, and definitely this is what is ruining your hotel, the service, the facilities are fine and actually very nice, but I had to deal my whole stay with stuff that is not trained.
