I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that they couldn't find our reservation made through a worldwide third-party travel site. We had to wait too long around 22:00 for them to find it even though I provided confirmation of booking through my app. When you've flown quite a bit and are tired it's not ok to make people wait like this. "Great hotel offering free breakfast and free shuttle to Disney. The metro station for those wanting to venture into the city was about a 10 minute walk away - but easy to find as the metro line runs past the hotel. The only drawback was that I couldnt find anywhere nearby to buy food and snacks, but it wasnt a major issue as most days I ate before heading back to the hotel. Would definately stay here again."

Breakfast- I was disappointed by this, I assumed from the photos they have their own restaurant but you leave the hotel to have breakfast in a restaurant next door. The choice was poor, plenty of traditional breakfast items but no alternative milks like soy, western options were limited and fresh fruit not edible. "
