"Good. The aircon was a bit noisy and perhaps not cold enough. Parking is still a bit of a problem. Although we did not use it this time, it was hard to see how to operate the in-room safe. We may need to use it to store our passports the next time. "

"Room is not cooling at all. Really not comfortable at all. Seriously need to improve on the room facilities. But really appreciate the staff. The receptionist is very good and understanding."

On Check-In 1) Booked at Hotel.com S$90.63 (RM288) Upon check-in, Sri Puchong asked me to pay RM320 (S$100.70) as I was considered as walk-in guest eventhough I have booked through Hotel.com because I chose to pay at Sri Puchong instead at Hotel.com. There was a big price gap as there was no price guaranteed at all by Hotel.com. Very disappointed. Room Condition 1) Upon checkin Room#315, it was very smelly due to Smoking & Air-con is very noisy eventhough it is cold enough....

"Just if you had to and no choice at all then you may proceed to book. 1. Staff- very unwelcoming, the man was just playing with phone and the girl didn’t smile at all and ask for guest details and took so long to key in data. Customer service 0. Didnt greet guest. 2. Facilities-poor. Bedsheets have black stain, smelly, old 3. Cockroaches everywhere in the room 4. The stairs alley to lift very smelly 5. They gave us towels inside bags on check in but we didnt hear to give them back at the lobby...

"This was a true 5 star stay. Modern room layout had the bath in the middle with beds, sink, coffee nook and changing area on four sides. broad view of the city center from high up the building. Restaurant and room service food was top notch. And overall service was great. I needed an early morning ride to the airport and the concierge was very helpful finding me a ride. One thing to note: the lobby is at the top floor so one has to take an express elevator to the top then take another elevator down to the rooms. "

"Friendly staff, clean hotel. We were unable to go into the bar at the top floor because we hadn’t booked the most expensive room - we could access it if we paid £80/MR500, which we chose not to. It’s a shame this isn’t made clearer on booking. However, clean room, reasonably central. Pleasant stay. "
