"The beach is great anywhere on 7-mile beach; however, great staff, pool, beach service, and cafe. Family friendly for sure, but still quiet and friendly vibe. "

"My stay for 16 nights, which included hurricane Beryl, was very enjoyable. Thanks to the helpful staff at the front desk and the Sunshine Grill. The restaurant is so convenient for guests staying at the hotel and every menu item I tried was delicious. The staff worked in concert with the Westin hotel to accomodate me for Wednesday, July 3rd and Thursday, July 4th to shelter in place for the hurricane. Both hotels communicated with guests frequently through the event and all utilities remained active. Sunshine Suites recovered quickly and was re-opened on Friday, July 5th. I would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"Some of the best customer service I’ve had at a hotel. Bit of a walk to the beach, but the hotel has chairs, towels, etc at the beach so not really an issue at all. Beach area is MUCH less crowded than Ritz and surrounding resorts. "

"2nd time staying here they really care for you and call you by name front desk really amazing I requested a room with the pool and ocean view when I checked in The next morning they came up and moved everything to a great room The front desk to house keeping was just amazing really amazing Our room was clean 2 times a day with changed sheets and a small snack 3 of the days we had wine and champagne also chocolate strawberry’s when I tell you the best house keeping and room service I’ve ever seen They went all the way for our 31st anniversary and this is why we choose to stay again Don’t let me forget the free wine and rum from 6pm -7pm with hors d oeuvres all for free every morning they had a free coffee bar with the best coffee in the world We do a lot of traveling and this place is worth every dollar The main reason we go back is this beach with soft white sand and calm waters with free toys and floats always somewhere to relax and someone to cater to your every need for some great drinks and food just amazing Thank you front desk and house keeping you guys are the best ❤️"
