"Great location in downtown Halifax. Close to all major attractions: Citadel, Public Gardens, Harbour, Central Library, Convention Centre. Entertainment and shopping districts . We enjoyed our 4 night stays there . Good breakfast and friendly service. Only thing missing is safe box in room."

"Great location with decent rooms. Walkable to waterfront which was decent. Parking in garage next door is $30/night. The breakfast at the hotel wasn’t fabulous- my bacon showed up in a pool of grease. Overall nice older hotel but I eat elsewhere."

"Over all a good place to stay. However the shower is not big enough and the shower head is in the wrong place. Difficult to have a proper shower. The place has very high humidity and the dehumidifier needs to be connected to a proper drain to run full time."
