"This was our first all inclusive experience and it left a little to be desired for us. We aren't huge drinkers so we were after quality and not quantity for the drinks but that seemed like the opposite most of the time at the resort, at best the drinks lacked consistency. We enjoyed our room and it's mini bar more than the other bars. The veggie bar was awesome and the grotto area was our favorite place to hang out. The New Years Eve party was fun and the room service was great. "

"Very nice quiet place, we booked 2 rooms that our kids can sleep in their our room next to ours. There was plenty restaurants around and shopping broad walks by the beach. We did not tried the beach through it was just 2 steps away from the hotel, we came to do waterfalls activities and we did. Excursion to Dunn’s River was the best! Plus they have a free parking space, because we rented a car to drive around the island we looked for safe place to leave it while we doing excursions."

"Two words…truly exceptional! This was THE perfect vacation. All inclusive…amazing food and drinks, gorgeous resort, breathtaking views and wonderful people. This was like home away from home. My husband spoiled me with booking the Tufa Terrace Suite and it was worth every penny. Our butlers, Akeem and Fernando, went above and beyond. Sandal’s is the place to stay!! "

"I liked the remoteness and the country feel of the Caribbean. I would have liked a restaurant on compound with choices of local foods and american foods I had to leave the compound to get foods that i liked .. It was a pleasant stay i hope for the future that a restaurant will be on compound to enhanxe the ambience .... There should be little mini vans that could give tours to the island sites that would have been exciting ... But sadly i was not feeling well to do anything like exploring i...

"On site security. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean but they do not provide wash clothes, only towels. Breakfast complementary and delicious. The property only has one pool that is not that big but it is deep. Hotel is walking distance to the town, the clock, and Mahogany Beach. Dunn’s River Falls and Dolphin encounter are also less than 5 minutes away."

"The thing I appreciated most was the courtesy of the staff. From the front desk to the housekeepers. Only complaint is breakfast could be a 'solid', for the lack of a better word. Instead of just coffee and toast. Eggs fried or boiled. Or calaloo , saltfish. Nothing expensive. Anyway I enjoyed my stay and have shared my experience with others. "

"This was my second stay at Sea Shell Palms. My first experience in May was very positive, so when I returned to Jamaica, I knew I wanted to stay here again. It is near Ocho Rios. Tower Isle is quiet and Sea Shell Palms offers great value for the cost. The rooms are clean and comfortable. "This hotel is a different world, and one of the few places where they have every detail down perfectly. The service could not be better, and if you’ve been to Jamaica previously and seen the sights, there simply is no reason to leave the hotel grounds. We especially like Cottages 3 and 4, but have not stayed in a bad room yet. The private beach is perfect, as is the beach bar (“Teddy’s”). Croquet, anyone? Please don’t forget to pack your whites. The kitchen runs smoothly, and the menu is varied....

"Property and villa (Cottonwood Treehouse) was adorable. Nature trail on property was nice but some garbage thrown on it that took away from the ambiance. Staff was super polite, attentive & professional. Food was average, was hoping for a bit better. Pools were nice."
