"No complaints whatsoever for this hotel, the stsff are great, the rooms are spotless, the restsurant is very good, the pool area is small but very smart and the rooftop bars are brilliant. Be aware that smoking is allowed in the rooftop bar but theres plenty of seats outside. Location is extremely busy with traffic and theres building going on across the road but other than that its a great hotel if you ever visit the city."

"Check-in supposed to be at 2pm but was delayed until 2.30pm. Very disappointed. "

"Small hotel but room is clean. Wear and tear can be seen though. There is no hair dryer in the room (which I thought is basic amenities) and was told that it has run out. Breakfast was pretty simple. "

"I traveled to central Java as a solo female to run Borobudur marathon. There are several 5 star resorts in the area, I spent a significant amount of time making a decision and I am now more than happy with my hotel choice, Le Temple Borobudur. The grounds are immaculate, designed to perfection with a piece of art or plant or just another unique stupa at every corner, an ideal place for a short mindful walk to start or to end your day. Le Table, is probably the most serene and beautifully decorated restaurant I have ever been. The staff was very professional, yet friendly and relaxed, willing to accommodate all my food requests, also very knowledgeable and informative about Javanese cuisine. Rishma, in particular, was very kind and attentive, she made my meal time a true calming and mindful experience. The complimentary afternoon tea is absolutely to not be missed, I enjoyed it in silence in the privacy of my beautiful stupa or on the rooftop of the restaurant, alone, while taking in the 360 °stunning greenery of the valley. It was delightful to finally meet Kiki, guest relations officer, after months of excellent online communication. She was flexible and patient, she also made pre arrangements for all my activities and she ensured prompt and high quality transportation. My stay at Le Temple Borobudur was above my expectations, a 5 star experience highlighted by excellent service. I am thankful to all the staff members, they made me feel l"

"It’s a place where one can plan a variety activities and they will assist you, or one could just sit for hours looking out across the valley. Either way one will come away with an experience. The attention to detail with regard to the rooms and the resort itself was remarkable. It shows a tremendous care for the resort and for the guest’s experience. I would highly recommend this resort!!"

"Excellence from start to finish. This resort has an old school classiness that is hard to find these days. The level of service is outstanding. One of the best resort breakfasts we've had with a wide variety of choices from Western to Asian to Indonesian. Special thanks to Executive Assistant Manager, Angga Ramadhan, for his gracious hospitality during our visit. We will always fondly remember our stay at Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel."

"Beautiful villas, fabulous staff who are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We were here for 4 nights, loved villa 215 which was a modern executive villa - nice large private pool. Loved it here, best hotel in this trip."
