"Very nice experience, i arrived at 20. Was able to call them and arrange late check in and preorder food at the restaurant. Super cosy location with the sound of nature. Huge room compared to normal hotels and nice accomodating staff."

"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"Beschriebener Pool nicht vorhanden, WLAN nicht funktioniert, Internet und Handyempfang kaum vorhanden, frische Handtücher nach 2 Tagen selber geholt, Zimmerreinigung und Zimmerservice trotz anwesender Corona-Gruppe nicht täglich, bis auf eine sehr nette, tätowierte Mitarbeiterin und einen jungen bemühten Mann leider Personal eher inkompetent und arrogant in Erinnerung geblieben."

Gorgeous artifax, furniture, attention to tiny details, including freshly baked sourdough bread at the excellent breakfast (we bought some to take with us, the crust was so good). "Lovely, lovely. The proprietors and cook are friendly and considerate. There are many interesting features in the home, its decor, and the gardens. Our room (the Belvedere) was spacious—bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, living room with sitting area. The delicious breakfast was multiple courses and served on authentic heirloom quality dishes. The surrounding village, forest, and lakes are beautiful. A magical stay."

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage ist super. Müritz Therme ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung der Zimmer war gut. Alles vorhanden um sich selbst gut zu verpflegen. Ruhig. Platz für die ganze Familie. "
