"Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay."

"Outstanding staff customer service. Kudos to all the staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome - starting with the guards, the front desk, room service, and the servers at the restaurant. A special appreciation to the General Manager (Edna). We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Roxas City. "

"Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. "Do not book with this hotel, as they falsely advertise what amenities they have. We booked a room here based on the fact that they advertised that they have a pool, and that its use is included with our room. However, after we checked in and went to use the pool, they told us that the pool is only for special events and would not let us use it. No where in the advertisement did it say that pool was only for special events. The pool was listed as one of the room amenities. The only reason we booked that particular hotel instead of one that was closer to our destination was because it had a pool. They also advertised that the rooms came with complimentary bottled water, but that wasn't true either. when I brought these issues up to the front desk, they blew me off like they didn't care. Don't ever stay at this hotel!"
