The rooms are noisy and the beds are pretty hard. Definitly made for a difficult night's sleep during our stay. They lock your key card out of hotel outside entrance and room the hour prior to check out which makes moving luggage etc extremely frustrating and time consuming.

The door to the office needs to automatic so you can walk in with luggage and not fight the door. Beds were terrible ( hard) the heater/air was not working properly so the room was very hot. Beter insulation between the floirs as you heard footsteps. The room dedorant hit you in the face as you walked in the room!! Check-in person was pleasant. thecdoir

The manager was friendly and nice and the lobby and hallways were nicely decorated, but the beds had very, very hard mattresses with pillow top covers. My hips hurts after a while. It was also extremely noisy due to its close proximity to the merger of HYWs 89 and 69.The rooms have paper thin common walls, so we heard everything in the room is next to us. Our devices kept falling off the internet .Our stay was due to our electricity being off at home due to construction, so we packed up and left preferring a dark, chilly house to this place.
