"Overall, very nice, comfortable apartment in Milan. The location is fairly convenient but not central to many of the attractions. However, convenient access to the tram is available. There are no instruction for using any of the appliances (stove, washing machine) or controlling the heat and the controls are not intuitive. "Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...

"Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "

"Its 550m from Milan Central station and comfortable for my family to stay 6 nights.. All our local tours and its buses start from Milan station. Great Chinese restaurants around. The only missing item are dresser mirrors in both rooms. Only 1 aircon remote control works. Soemehow, it managed to get the warm air for all rooms. It is a corner ground floot unit wirh the kitchen and main bedroom facing the refuse collection area. At 6-7am, it becomes noisy when the refuse are cleared. Other times...

"Great location, very near the train station and subway. The hotel itself was a bit hard to find at first but once we got there and made a note of the location, it was easy to access. Room itself was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy and the restaurant food was good for dinner. Reception wasn’t super helpful with questions but that could have been a language issue. Overall we had a great stay."

Wonderful stay

"The hotel is lovely. Very modern and clean. What made it stand out was how fantastic the staff were, they couldn't do enough for us and we're always polite and friendly. Minor downsides were the hardness of the bed and the fact that the TV casting function did not work - although we didn't raise it with them so no doubt it could have been fixed. Would absolutely stay again! "

"It is definitely very convenient as the train station is just across the road. The view from the room is amazing as I got the one that faces the station. Thing to note is that, this hotel has a mini fridge but not a kettle in the room for us to boil water. "
