"The Hotel Laghetto Stilo Higienópolis is a beautiful, well maintained property. "Nothing complicated. Simple rooms with basic needs. A/C and Wifi works fine. Room is clean but small size. Located only 2 blocks from the bus station, surrounding area near the bus station can be unsafe at night, but going the other direction will bring you to some shops and restaurants, and even a modern shopping mall with supermarket. Short term stay is fine."

"I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups."

"There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities.
