"When I arrived and was shown to my room, it did not match the room that was shown on the Hotels website. They graciously moved us to a larger room. Room had many bugs as well as in the pool area. They truly need to exterminate the area. Our air conditioner did not work with the remote control. I called and had someone come and look at it. It worked one time and then not again.
