I had a nice time staying at the Gold Bank Hotel. Staffs were welcoming and helpful, room was clean, modern and reasonably equipped. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. 5 mins walk from Prague central station which can be used to access to the airport or neighbouring capital cities by bus or train respectively. Also within a walkable distance to Prague major tourist attractions.

The Gold Bank is an easy walk through the park from the main station - 5-7 minutes. The neighbourhood seemed safe and quiet and the transit system was always close at hand. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the service was excellent

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the rooms are small, they are generally good for a short stay. The breakfast offered is decent and the location is undeniably great, with easy access to local attractions. The staff at the front desk were very polite, which we appreciated. However, we encountered a troubling incident that overshadowed our stay. After our first night, we were closing the curtains and a bottle of lubricant fell out from behind them. This was not only unexpected but also very concerning, as it suggests the rooms are not being thoroughly cleaned. We reported this to the front desk, and they assured us that the manager would be notified the next morning. Unfortunately, we never heard back from anyone, which left us feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. Given this experience, we would not choose to stay here again. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that likely offer a cleaner and more responsive environment.

Nice quiet hotel just a few blocks from the main train station. Very clean hotel , friendly staff with excellent breakfast for €10 per night. Air conditioner was not working fully but still fairly cool in room

Great location, just minutes walk from The Central Train Station. Breakfast was good with varieties (bonus: honey and honey packages). Shower was strong and the rain shower was soothing. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
