My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrific. It started with Room 003 — to get there, you have to go through two sets of stairs, which is incredibly inconvenient if you have luggage.
Then the AC broke down. While the staff did offer me a temporary room for the night (which, to be fair, was excellent), I had to return to my original room afterward. Even after the AC was “fixed,” it barely worked. The room was so hot that it came with two fans by default — which says a lot about the conditions.
To make matters worse, loud music from the hotel’s bar could be heard clearly in my room. The bass pierced through the walls, and the music didn’t stop until 12:50 AM. On top of that, I could hear every movement from the room above me. Sleeping before 2 AM was nearly impossible.
The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly. But overall, the experience was extremely uncomfortable, and I would never stay here again — not even if the room was half price.
Did I mention they didn’t even provide any bottle water in the room at all? But you can purchase it from the mini bar but not free.
