"Wish we would have stayed longer than 1 night at this lovely property! Staff was amazing and even called right away when we left one of our suitcases at the hotel when departing for a very early flight! Convenient to everything and surprisingly quiet at night which is a huge plus for being in a city center."

"Right in the centre (Roman arena is a few minutes walk away). Train station about 15 minutes walk. Aldi close by too. Great base for exploring Verona and day trips to Vicenza, Desenzano (Garda) etc. "

"Giovanni at the front desk was Súper courteous and nice! I don’t like the breakfast poor choices, too Many sweets wasn’t good neither, the egg was runny and the bacon under cook and the crosaint over cook! Also the shower was slippery almost fell"

"Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special."

"The hotel does not have a bar or shuttle service to the airport (which Expedia lists). Coffee/Tea making should be available in the room. Cannot fault location for Verona and transport links."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our deluxe room with a balcony was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a great view of Lake Garda. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon."
