"Room cleanliness good, breakfast and evening buffet fine. No water provided in the room though and all-inclusive is poor unless you live by the bar and drink lots of alcohol. Pool area very average and water cold. Treadmill in the gym didn't work, mini-golf and jacuzzis have been removed. Never had a pool towel when I went to ask for one. Conveniently located for the airport and golf courses as long as you don't mind aeroplane noise overhead. "

"Our stay was very good. The location was excellent. The staff,the service and cleanliness was excellent.The food was varied and catered for all tastes and requirements and was very good. "I thought that the property was well maintained and organised, positioned in an ideal spot to access Caleta De Fuste resort and / beach. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to Junior Suite. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The Castle in the grounds gave the hotel a sense of grandness. Although the swimming pool was very cold, I did access it. I liked that my block (3) was very close to the pool and buffet restaurant. I liked that I could also eat in the other hotel and try various cuisines e.g. Mexican. My only improvement would be for the buffet food to be hotter than it was. I know in the Mediterranean there is a tendency not to have the food piping hot but that's my preference."
