"This was our second stay here. The hotel has a very scenic and peaceful location whilst being easily reached on good roads. There is plenty to do nearby if you want it but we go for the views and to walk by the Solway Firth. The hotel is well run and the staff are friendly and helpful. "Was left over chinese takeaway in fridge. Bed sheets were disgusting, lots of hairs and stains. Cups were unwashed. Decking was so slippy, green molud, nearly had a bad fall. Fold away chairs in main bedroom which seems to be from outside had spider nets. We came home after being there few hours and was meant to stay 4 nights. We were so disappointed, angry, deflated as saved up our hard earned cash for our 4 nights away and ended us coming home before we should have. "
