"Great location across from the Berlin HBF, staff very friendly with a cosy bar on ground level. "

"The hotel was in a very central location, with easy access to the airport and only a few minutes away from Alexanderplatz station. East walk to museum island too. I was upgraded to a room with a view of the Berlin TV tower which was nice (sadly couldn’t see anything as it was very foggy but that is not the hotel’s fault). Staff were all friendly. The area late at night is not the best, with lots of rough sleepers so something to be aware of. I didn’t try the breakfast as, other than boiled...

"Hotel itself was great, small rooms of course. Staff were all great. Never had to wait in line to talk to them. It was nice being right next to a Subway station with good connectivity however the neighboorhood was poor. We had heard this area was more trendy and hipster, the reality is it's more drug addicts, constant sirens, piles of broken glass and so on. We wish we had stayed in Friedrichshain which was much nicer and more interesting plus has the Brown Subway line which is the main...

"Solid hotel, quiet and comfortable. Like this chain for a short in and out. Breakfast options seemed slightly more limited than in previous visits but I made do. "
