"The staff was very friendly and accommodating for some of our requests. We particularly enjoyed the pool and pool bar ;-) There was easy access to everything we needed, including a small convenience store to stock up on needed items. "This hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel. Nothing worked in the room - refrigerator or television or safe. Hair dryer was broken. The tub was dirty and discolored. There was rust on the shower doors. The walls were scuffed and there were even spots on the ceiling. When we got there the property didn’t even have electricity. Advertised as updated. Appears only the lobby was renovated. I wish I could upload photos. "
