The staff was incredible, professional, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to tend to our every request whether it was a local guide or local hair salon. I would make but one suggestion, that they let visitors know it’s OK to stop on the road side and run in to lobby for assistance with luggage etc. We were hesitant to stop and ended up going down and around Positano a second time. "

"Beautiful and stunning hotel with stunning views!! Easy walk to the main part of town but the walk back up is a bit more challenging if you are not in shape! LOL. My gym and cardio workout paid off! LOL"
