The hotel customer service is outstanding, the staff offered to take our luggage up the many stairs and brought it down when we were ready to leave. The property is small but gorgeous and we cannot wait to come back again. We felt like VIPs up at the top. "

"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...
