"Loved this property for our Lisbon stay, nice walkable area with trolley stop outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful plus a nice breakfast each day. We would have appreciated 2 chairs in room, but there is an area to sit in lobby. Will definitely book this hotel again. 😀"

"Hotel itself was very clean, staff responded fast through message so we could enter in with code, the actual room it’s safe as someone would have to go through 2 coded doors and a locked door or climb 6 stories, the outside was definitely on a sketchy road people were staring so make sure to look at your surroundings and the people at ALL TIMES. I probably wouldn’t go alone, other than that the room was amazing for the price and bed was very comfty! "

"This is a great place. Rooms are fun and quirky-I had an attic double room on the 6th floor. Staff are lovely-quick to help and always go the extra mile. Great suggestions for sightseeing. Location was good. Close to metro/tram and shops (and about a ten min walk to the sea/river!) Breakfast was vast! A lot of choice, well stocked and fresh produce. I would 100% recommend this place. "

The bed was comfortable and the TV had a surprising number of English language channels. The shared bathroom was large and clean. "I book this property because I needed an over night stay during my road trip through Portugal. My only regret not staying longer. Staff: Friendly, nice and very accommodating. "We had an amazing time here! The hotel and rooms are very cozy and the staff are all amazing! The location is on the waterfront and we could walk (comfortably) to everything we wanted to see and do. Do be aware though if you or anyone in your party has mobility issues that Porto is very hilly and that most things will be an upwards walk from the hotel. The breakfast area was really nice and attentive staff look after you. I would definitely stay here when we come back too Porto."
