I forgot my shorts on the room and did call them to recovery it but they said is nothing in the room witch is not true, the housekeeping was extremely rude with me, I will never recommend they services.

Tolles Zimmer, Tolle Hotelanlage mit viel Potenzial. Allerdings gibt es ernste Probleme mit Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung. Beispielsweise hatte alle Handtücher und Bettlagen Löcher und Flecken, sowie das Wasser des Pools war dauerhaft weißlich trüb und es haben einzelne Fliesen gefehlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Personal wirkte freundlich und bemüht.

Ruim. Banheiro com vazamento no box que naofoi concertado e não ofereceram trocar de quarto. Hotel não tem política de silêncio após as 22h e deixa os hóspedes usarem som alto sem intervenção até altas horas atrapalhando o descanso dos demais. Ressalva para o café da manhã que é bom. Hotel barulhento. Não recomendado para quem quer descansar.

Reservei 10 diárias neste hotel, para uma viagem de férias com meu marido. De início achamos ótimo o hotel ter disponível um quarto assim que chegamos, porém nos alocaram em um quarto sujo, com cheiro de mofo e sem ventilação. Após dois dias, consegui fazer a mudança de quarto, onde nos foi colocado em um de andar superior e com sacada, melhor do que o primeiro, com certeza. Porém, os mesmos problemas, roupa de cama mal lavada, sem troca, sujeira visível no banheiro, sem nenhuma manutenção dos ambientes , cama e travesseiros de péssima qualidade.

Minha experiência foi péssima,minha 5 vez em Porto Seguro esse hotel deixa muito a desejar. Funcionários mal educados com cara ruim o tempo todo e má vontade. Escolhi esse local por conta do apartamento família com cozinha,mas as condições do apartamento estava muito ruim,precisa urgentemente de reforma,volta cheiro no ralo das pias,mofo pra todo lado, infiltração nas paredes,pias entupidas,torneiras quebradas, praticamente nada de utensílios na cozinha e ainda quebrados,piscina suja demais mancho todas as blusas do meu filho ,em 6 dias não vi ninguém limpando ela .Como meu filho e alérgico devido as infiltrações e mofo a rinite dele atacou. Sinceramente não compensa um real,que arrependimento.Por fim,meu voo era às 17:00 e a saída do apartamento era 12:00 fui até a recepção pra vê se podíamos ficar até às 15:00 pra não fica com 2 crianças na rua,o funcionário da recepção olhou se teria alguma reserva no mesmo apartamento nesse dia e não tinha pq o mesmo me falou que não tinha nenhuma reserva para aquele apartamento mas teria que pagar 180,00 pelas 3 horas para mais que ficasse lá ,os funcionários não fazem nada pra pelo menos tentar ajudar alguém.Detalhe meu filho passando mal . Não recomendo ninguém de verdade,tem muitos hotéis bom em Porto Seguro.

Por fora OK. No quarto decepcionou.
Não atendeu as expectativas. Dentro do quarto um cheiro muito forte (não conseguimos saber o que era mofo ou urina). Havia um buraco descascado na parede da cozinha, aparentemente uma infiltração.
