A estadia foi decepcionante. A descarga do banheiro não funciona e o quarto é muito claro não custava colocar cortinas nas janelas uma vez que ficam viradas para o corredor iluminado. Os funcionários do hotel conversam e assistem televisão no maior volume de madrugada. Às 05:00 da manhã fui até a recepção pedir para o recepcionista conversar mais baixo pois acordei com eles gritando, a equipe da limpeza a mesma coisa!

A estadia foi boa, os únicos pontos que deixaram a desejar foram: - o estacionamento é pequeno o que dificulta na hora de sair do hotel. - A cama box tinha um colchão deformado pelo uso, pois o centro estava mais alto que as laterais o que parecia que iriamos escorregar para fora da cá.

Extremamente simples.

Nos hospedamos neste hotel apenas por algumas horas, pois nosso voo partia as 5:00 da manhã. O hotel é extremamente simples, com as acomodações muito modesta. Acho que sua classificação deveria ser 2 estrelas. Os funcionários foram excelentes conosco, agendaram táxi para nos levar ao aeroporto, nos despertaram no horário combinado. Atendimento perfeito.

Ótima localização em relação aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Disponibilidade de vários serviços extras na recepção e atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã excelente! Piscina com ambiente agradável. O quarto deixou a desejar por falta de aparelho de telefone (estava em manutenção), por um pequeno vazamento na pia do banheiro e sinal de TV ruim. Mas no geral, a estadia foi muito boa e com um valor bem em conta.

Muito Ruim

O quarto no quesito conforto está em péssimas condições, não possui varanda, a única janela que tinha o quarto, ficava de frente para o corredor dos demais hóspedes, não possui guarda-roupa, só um armário aberto com compartimentos muito pequenos, os carros estacionam muito próximo da piscina, provocando muito barulho. O banheiro é muito ruim, necessitando urgentemente de reforma, a pia é muito antiga e minúscula e muito manchada pelo uso, chuveiro com pouquíssima água e canos expostos, com fita isolante na maçaneta. Espelho muito alto e antiguíssimo. O café da ,manhã foi o único que salvou, porém sem opção de alimentos sem açúcar/light. Foi muito difícil cancelar as demais diárias. Como o Hotel descontou 50% do valor total das diárias no ato da reserva, tive que ficar no hotel por 5 diárias, esse procedimento nos deixa reféns do Hotel que , claro, não irá esboçar o mínimo interesse em devolver algo que já foi pago. O atendimento via telefone com o Hotéis.com demorou muito (pois não possui mais o 0800), mas consegui cancelar as demais diárias que iriam entrar no cartão. Tive que efetuar a ligação em outro hotel, no qual fiquei hospedada posteriormente. Resumo da viagem, só não foi uma tragédia porque o hotel que escolhi para passar os demais dias foi excelente, tanto no conforto, preço e no atendimento. Nas próximas viagens (p/ qualquer destino no Brasil), irei repensar a questão da hospedagem.

Fue muy diferente a lo que esperábamos. Parecía mas lindo y moderno pero todo lo contrario. El wifi era malo muy baja señal, no tuvimos pileta por tres días, se escuchaba todo lo q pasaba afuera en la otra habitación y demás. Al ser argentinos queríamos tomar mate y no tenían servicio para calentarnos agua, tampoco tenia lavandería. SINCERAMENTE LO ÚNICO BUENO ES LA UBICACIÓN PORQUE ESTA EN EL CENTRO, EL RESTO NADA.

Foi muito bom!

O hotel foi ótimo! A localização é excelente, no centro de Porto Seguro, perto de tudo, ao lado da passarela do alcool. O hotel tem instalações simples, limpas, com roupas de cama e toalhas higienizadas. O arcondicionado é silencioso, o wifi funciona bem nos tablets. O esquema do frigobar é tranquilo, é possivel pagar uma taxa de apenas 5,00 e colocar os alimentos que o hóspede quiser, como levei crianças, comprei no mercado: leite, danone, água e suco, me senti à vontade (nos outros hotéis nunca deixam usar o frigobar com alimentos próprios). O café da manhã também foi muito bom. Não usamos a piscina porque fomos para a praia todos os dias, mas ela estava sempre limpa. O estacionamento é do tipo que fecha os carros, preferimos deixar na rua com supervisão do segurança do hotel. As meninas Cailaine, Renata e Viviane atendem muito bem! Quero voltar em breve!
