Great location and easily walkable to all sites. We were on 3rd floor which had a small balcony overlooking the church and square so was great to sit out and watch the world go by. Goid size apartment with everything you need

Super convenient location right on the most fun street in Porto! Very walkable. Can be a bit noisy in the night. We shut all windows and slept like babies after a great day!

The apartment was lovely with big windows and a great view of the streets. Very clean. Easy to walk to a supermarket and a block from the Majestic cafe and shopping. Parking is ina public lot about two blocks away. You check in at a hostel and everyone there was very helpful.

Check in - online easy - communication was good - did take small amount of time to have questions answered but they were. Room was nice - great views. Bathroom tiny - shower small! Neat and tidy. Close to everything! Transport/restaurants etc all walkable. We had 2 bedroom unit - 2nd bedroom was on a mezzanine area - stairs up to this are small and very steep!

The apartment was clean and in a great location. However, the Expedia listing said parking was available for €15/night, which turned out to be false. There was no parking provided, and finding a spot in the area was very stressful. Please update the listing to reflect this.

Very clean and great location in the center of the city with good shops and restaurants/cafes nearby. Easy to walk anywhere. It was a little loud at night and early in the morning though. Porto is lovely.

I had a great stay in the corner apartment - it had everything I needed in the kitchen, was very clean, and there was a lot of natural light. I had an issue with my card when I checked in but they were very responsive and came within minutes to fix it.

Very clean and I was lucky to get my place earlier then what was check in. Very central to the city area. Very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Only negative is that the room was cool (winter) but no heat in room.

Great little apartment, only complaint is the 2 flights of stairs to get to the actual elevator - difficult with alot or heavy luggage, and also with my mobility-impaired mother. Just more information on that aspect in the hotel details would be appreciated so there are no surprises. The staff is wonderful!

Very clean, spacious and has great views. The location was in the center of the city so when you get tired from walking all day, it was easy to go back to rest. There is a flight of stairs you have to take before getting to the lift but it wasn’t really a problem for us. Also, we had to check in at their main hostel because we were early but it was only a 5 min walk to the apartment. Had a very warm welcome from one of the members of their team who took us to the apartment and gave us recommendations. Very easy to communicate with them via whatsapp if we had any questions or problems. No problems with their wifi! Fast and reliable. Reviews talked about noise as it was in the city centre but it didn’t bother us at all! As it was on one of the main streets, there are shops and cafes as soon as you step out of the main door. Will 100% be staying there again if we are back in Porto!

Great location, but a few drawbacks

Both amazing and not so good - Excellent location to downtown, very walkable, friendly staff, cozy and cute room with great views, and everything provided that we needed. They washed our laundry for 6 euros, but we did have to walk about 5 min to their main office to drop it off and pick back up. Not a big deal though. The things we didn't like - uncomfortable beds. Noise from person above us. The streets are quite noisy till about 5am, especially on weekends. People shouting, singing loudly sounding drunk (we wondered if a club was somewhere nearby). When we ordered food, we had to go downstairs to meet the person. There's a decent flight of stairs before reaching the elevator, which was difficult climbing with heavy luggage on wheels paired with an uphill walk from the main office where you check in. Overall, we'd stay again, but with good ear plugs and less luggage.
