The young lady at reception was so nice and helpful. The flat itself was stunning: clean, lots of light, modern. I was thrilled to use the washing machine. The bed was so comfortable. Only stayed one night but would certainly stay again.

Only detail is that my parents are both in their late 60s and staying at the loft on the top was risky for them because having to go up and down 50 stairs with luggage was a little scary.

Property is close to many popular sites, which we loved. We also loved the terrace as well as Maria, who assisted us with the check in. We rented the loft unit, on the top floor, but was able to hear dogs barking from two units down early morning and also late at night, which made our stay not as relaxing as we had hoped. We found most of the noise to be within the building rather than from outside. Unit looked cool, but we did find that it needed some updating. Shower area wasn’t sealed well, so we would have to wipe up the floor after using. Most of the mirrors in the unit was tinted brown, except for a tiny dinner plate sized mirror in bathroom, so wasn’t convenient if you need a mirror to put on makeup.

We had a great stay at ExtendAll. Maria greeted us when we arrived and showed us to our room/apartment. Everything was clean and stocked with everything we would need. We enjoyed the balcony and were happy to be able to do laundry. The location was perfect. We could easily (well, easy considering the hills!) walk to Ribeira, Villa Nova de Gaia, and into the center of town for sightseeing and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Porto.

Desde a recepção, com vinho do Porto e a simpatia do anfitrião João, até as dicas e a atenção de Bruno, que chegou a levar uns doces típicos portugueses para alegrar o aniversário de uma amiga hospedada. Posto bellissimo, curato, nel cuore della città, stanza pulita e comoda. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni e i consigli possibili. La cucina è piccola ma fornita di tutto l'occorrente, il frigo era pieno di bevande, alcune cose erano offerte dalla struttura, altre a pagamento ma a prezzi veramente accessibili. Lo consiglio a tutti e spero di ritornarci!
