"Nothing complicated. Simple rooms with basic needs. A/C and Wifi works fine. Room is clean but small size. Located only 2 blocks from the bus station, surrounding area near the bus station can be unsafe at night, but going the other direction will bring you to some shops and restaurants, and even a modern shopping mall with supermarket. Short term stay is fine."

"I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups."

"Amazing stay for family. Reserved the king suite. Which has two separate spaces and a small kitchen. Very large bathroom and comfortable bedding. Wonderful breakfast. Great walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Or very fair Uber ride. A little piece of history in a charming location."

"The safe did not work and they could not replace it until the following day, but I advised I needed specially for that day that was not working. They said I could store my belongings downstairs, which I felt uneasy and took them with me. Be aware that sheets and towels are not replaced everyday. "The food at the in house restaurant was surprisingly good, a good assortment at the complimentary breakfast but it was the staff working there who were outstanding!!! The price of the accommodations does not reflect the value. We stayed for 12 nights and will gladly return on our next visit to Port Alegre."

Hotel confortável

"Hotel confortável, devido o quarto ser amplo e com piso laminado. Chuveiro bom e limpeza boa do quarto. Única coisa é o cheiro de mofo que tem nos corredores do Hotel, por ser ainda de carpete. Acho que deveriam trocar para não ficar com este cheiro. Recomendo o Hotel para quem está de passagem pela cidade, ótimo custo benefício."
