This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The rooms are generous with comfortable beds, good bathrooms and my favourite toiletries. The food is very good: breakfast has lots of hot and cold options with tea and coffee. If you want a latte or cappuccino then the small cafe in the foyer has them with an excellent selection of cakes and pastries. The only thing I would have changed was the toilet tissue in the room, a little thin for me and not as good as that in the public areas. Otherwise I can highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

When we booked the property it was mainly because there was a pool, spa and sauna listed on the facilities. When we arrived, it’s actually simply a public leisure centre attached to the hotel which guests can use. There were over 50 kids having swimming lessons and it was unbearably noisy. Couldn’t use the facilities. The staff were nice but I definitely wouldn’t stay again

We were just a quick stop overnight, but it met our needs. Didn’t make use of the pool or fitness rooms bc we arrived after they closed, which was early compared to other places we stayed on this trip. That was our only complaint. It fully met our needs otherwise. Parking was a good set up

Definitely not a 4* hotel.
Lovely staff and nice foyer but unfortunately that's were it ends. The carpet in the hotel bedroom was very badly stained as well as other parts of the hotel. Duvet and pillows very thin and mattress lumpy. Seating and tables in the bar/restaurant were in terrible condition. Bar area was cold due to air con. We were asked at reception what time we would like to have breakfast the next morning. Having stated our preferred time we arrived at the dining room where no tables were available. Overspill of guests were accommodated in the bar area but no tables set with cutlery or condiments. Hotel unfortunately was let down by tired furnishings.😞 Needs updated.
