Great staff, except one room attendant was very loud & on her speaker phone early Saturday morning when people were sleeping. I like how they have both trash & recycle bins in all of the rolms. Plus, they festure 24 hour access to hot tub & pool.

The room was dirty, the windows are so thin that you can hear the noise from the road that is close to the hotel. The carpet is dirty. There are rooms in the basement that I don't recommend because the window is at the same level that the ground. If you book through Expedia they will give you one in the basement.

The staff was courteous and the breakfast had some variety. The hot food was appreciated. The cleanliness of the hotel was terrible. Our room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The carpet and hard flooring in the room had obvious debris and dead bugs on the ground. There was hair everywhere and the bedding was covered in stains.

Construction on roof was not mentioned till we arrived was supposed to start at 9 but started at 720. The sign said 9 were told 9 at check in then the signs all changed to 8. We were on vacation no offer made to change rooms or a discount offered for being awoken so early.
