Can’t use a credit card that has a store name on it even if it is a visa or American Express card. Thankfully I had another card on me. Oh and you can’t get more towels unless u bring down the old ones Lol

Smelly hallways, smelly rooms. Dingy, old, beat up furniture. Bedside clock that doesn’t work. Cable TV went out and there was no way to watch TV. Staff were great, and though the room was and furniture were old and smelly, the room itself was clean.

This place is a great deal and the suite was clean. The toiletrie soaps were better than Caesar’s Palace in Vegas and most of the staff were inviting and helpful. I’d love to make this chain my new go to for every city I visit. Overall, I actually didn’t want to leave, although this was only a 3 star hotel. Beware of the parking, the one room heating situation and the barely comfortable pull out bed. But look forward to being safe, feeling at home, and endless hot showers.

I had stated that the microwave turntable wasnt working at the desk and the stated that they couldnt fix it but i could use the microwave at the lower level but it was real inconvenient to go up and down to heat food
