"The heater did not work in the first room. I did receive help from the front desk girl after a bit. She came up and tried to get it going. She then called the manager, who gave her tips to try, then advised her to give me a different room. The heater did work in the second room! Yay! (The toilet did run all night, but I was not going to say anything--just happy that I had heat!! "
