"This property was a very good price in a nice area. I appreciate the free parking, the room was clean and comfortable. Two things I would change: I checked in at 10:00 at night and the woman at the front desk was not very friendly and the housekeeping staff were yelling in the hallways at 8:45 am, which needs to change as people do like to sleep later . I was excited to see a water slide park next door and will take my kids there next month. Thanks"

"What a great job they did with this hotel! My best friend and I took a trip for her 40th and stayed in the “pirate” room/suite. The sitting area was PERFECT, super cozy and great for us to just chit chat, eat and relax. The gas fire pits outside that are on until 11 are an added bonus especially this time of year! The beds were amazing! The bathroom was spotless and nicely decorated! "

"i loved the view, we could see town hall and a lot of salem, the sunsets were gorgeous! we were on a busy street that was well lit so could walk around easily, even at night, and could cut through the side street to get to essex street super fast!! plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, even things open late. it was helpful that we were across a starbucks too! the hotel itself was comfy, quiet, and nice."
