"Very beautiful property. Pretty close to the central station; close enough to walk, the luggage better have good wheels though. Did trip to Lugano/Como. Plenty of dinning options around. Metro underground right next to the hotel. Very friendly and accelerating receptionist - early check in. Housekeeping was deliver a s well. Had a wonderful stay. "

"Propert is very clean and rooms are very quiet , tidy and comfortable. Staff is very professional. Location is extreamly convinient for transportation. I would certainly recommand and stay again on next trip"

"Good but not enough storage for clothes for two people "

"Great location, very near the train station and subway. The hotel itself was a bit hard to find at first but once we got there and made a note of the location, it was easy to access. Room itself was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy and the restaurant food was good for dinner. Reception wasn’t super helpful with questions but that could have been a language issue. Overall we had a great stay."
