"Mateo was excellent in communicating with me before coming over because I was going to be late. Siriana and Maria Laura were all so helpful during my whole stay and made my stay very pleasant throughout the 5 days I stayed at Bastione Spasimo, I would only suggest that the cleaning staff would clean the bathroom floor every day."

We requested a quiet room not facing the street but were put in a room where you could hear partying all night long on the streets. "Had a great time staying here, we received great service the entire time, including in-room massages and a very long list of restaurant and cafe recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to the center of Palermo and lots of great places to eat, but options on the same street are limited. This was fine for us but may not be the best choice for others who want to have restaurants and shops immediately accessible upon walking out of the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. "

"The property was perfect for what we needed at this point in our vacation - relaxing and a nice pool to cool down in after a hot day touring the Valley of the Temples. "We really enjoyed our stay. The host Rosi is very friendly and helpful. The building itself is full of history and characters. Our room is at the lower ground floor which has its own entrance. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room is prefect. The location is very central and close to every attraction. It is so easy to get there from the airport by the airport shuttle bus. We would definitely recommend this place in Palermo!! "

Wonderful breakfast and complementary cakes and coffee throughout the day. The property was a wonderful peaceful haven of calm to return to after exploring the busy city. "Very unique experience staying here! The room was bigger than expected with a personal bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating, helped us carry luggage on and off and prepared a very nice breakfast every morning. The front of the boat had a beautiful area to sit and lounge outside. Parking free at the dock, and staff always assisted with opening/closing the dock gait for us. Would definitely recommend for travelers!"

"Absolutely awesome place. Big, clean rooms well located. Great staff and great breakfast. I didn’t like having to book a breakfast slot but understand why they do it. I also had a “quiet” room but I could still hear the music from the bar, that said I put earplugs and promptly went to sleep. Definitely would stay again. "
