This property was recently sold to the CHOICE brand and hopefully they will be able to make updates. Our room was disgusting. Under the pungent smell of Fabuloso was a distinct smell of urine coming through the A/C. Front office staff was very kind and issued a refund.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. My stay was during a hurricane disaster! The hotel was fully booked but the staff was still very accommodating ! My suggestions for improvement are minor, a TV directory for channels, hangers, map of faculty for items..ie ice machine! The room was clean and prepared! My stay was satisfactory!

This property was the Holiday Hotel. They have made a bunch of improvements which makes this property one of my favorite places. I revently relocated to West Florida and hace been staying here from time to time. Definitely rebooking. Thank you.

Hurricane refuge
This is a very subjective review as we were evacuated from Hurricane Milton and needed any place to stay with a roof over our head and a flushing toilet. This property has been through many changes over the years and not all for the better. However, the bed was clean and comfortable, the A/C worked in a hurricane, and we felt safe during the high winds and rains.

If you just need to have a shower and rest your head, this place will suffice. If you want to feel safe and clean, look elsewhere. There are people living here full time, sitting outside their rooms smoking, trash cans overfilled, etc. My room's floors were dirty and hair was found on the floors and in the shower. The blanket on top of the sheet on my bed had cigarette burn holes. It was not good. While there, I never put my bare feet on the floor. I always walked in sandals. I could also hear my neighbor on the opposite end of my room. Good thing was my car didn't get broken into, and I was able to get some sleep and take a shower. I do have to give props to Michelle who checked me in at the front desk. She was very nice.

I was in Rm.162. There was constant chatter outside and on deck of second floor. I could also hear the talk of ocupants of other rooms thru duct work or walls or???
