"Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area...

"I found the property to be very clean and regularly served by house keeping. My only gripe is the on-arrival process which needs some work. There is no easy access to the apartments when out of hours and the meeting new resident policy is near non existent. We arrived at 12 noon still finding it difficult. If it weren’t for helpful neighbouring apartment managers we would not have been able to access the apartment complex. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Waahroom was separate from the unit which was a but inconvenient. But is was clean and spacious. The bedroom could use a good cleaning and painting to spruce it up. Overall a nice stay."

"I reserved last minute and stayed two nights. The staff was very firendly, they have 24/7 reception. I stayed in a single room witha private bathroom that was very clean. "The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is walking distance from the metro station which allows you to reach the city center quickly and efficiently. Plenty of food options nearby as well as groceries. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. If you are looking for an inexpensive stay to visit Rome you won’t be disappointed! "

"My stay was brief, but the staff were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The area is pleasant and quiet at night. Although the attractions are a bit far from the hotel so unless you enjoy walking you will have to use transportation, overall, my stay was enjoyable and comfortable."

"Absolutely perfect stay - check-in was great, room large and well appointed, beds comfortable, breakfast decent and varied (side note - how is coffee out of a machine in Italy SO much better than fresh coffee in the UK...). Hotel is in a great location for easy walking, acess to the metro and taxis. We had a great stay and highly recommend. "
