"Great hotel. Definitely met my expectations and more. The location is quite convenient and only a short ride from/to the airport. The close proximity to the ocean is also another major advantage as you can walk onto the bocagrande beach in 2 mins. Dining options are a bit limited at the hotel. But plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was also another one of my most favorite places at this hotel. So was 51 Sky Bar. "

"I had to slam my hotel room door in order to be able to close it, which caused a lot of noise. It would have been helpful if there was a towel rack where we can hang used towels - which would help the towels dry after use."

"This is a unique hotel in Cartagena centro historico. Very different, well maintained and the breakfast was fantastic. The service was first class. I bit downside is that when you opened the balcony doors the floor would get really humid and slipery so this is dangerous. "

"Very well located, close to both walled city and Getsemaní and the port. The room was a good size and very nice and clean and modern. Washroom was the same, good by all accounts. The hotel itself if beautiful with an exceptional garden and quiet pool area. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. We could not have asked for a better stay. "It was cozy and warm, just like the pictures. The breakfast was like a homemade breakfast. I’m the lobby there is a Juan Valdez café where you can eat a Colombian snack with a delicious coffee and you can buy their products. If you go out, by walking around you will see the Getsemaní’s colorful streets. I would go back for sure to visit it again. "

"Our family spent six nights at the InterContinental Cartagena de Indias, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which included access to Club InterContinental on the 15th floor—a delightful surprise. The Club offered breakfast, coffee, afternoon drinks, and evening hors d'oeuvres, which were so fresh and delicious that we often enjoyed dinner there. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional, the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the pool and bar provided a perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, having direct access to the beach just across the street was fantastic. This was our first time staying at an InterContinental hotel, and it left such a lasting impression that we now plan to stay at InterContinental properties whenever possible. Highly recommended!"
