"We had a large balcony suite. Not a spectacular view - we looked over the backs of several buildings and there was construction, but likely quieter than street side rooms. Bed very comfortable and staff attentive and very prompt if we had a special request ( extra ice for champagne, etc. Palermo is nice quiet area with many restaurants close by."

"Excellent location and physical property with a great roof top pool and saunas. The rooms were spacious and the terrace was very nice. Overall great property. Breakfast staff was not engaging so that lowered my delight for the property however beyond that good stay. "

"The hotel is very well located in a very nice and safe area of Recoleta. The staff for the most are very friendly. Please don’t let them give you room 214, the shower doesn’t drain due to a construction issue with the floor. The housekeeper had to hand drained the floor everyday since I didn’t want to move to another room."

"Would have rated this as 5-star, but the room they gave me was on 5th floor, facing road and noisy! Breakfast was average and pastries were limp and cold. Breakfast service was slow and not very attentive either. Room, amenities and surrounding were good - safe neighborhood."

"We booked Efe Hotel & Cowork after our Flybondi flight was canceled. The price was good and the accommodations felt very luxe, especially considering it included a full breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was well prepared, had good variety and was tasty. The common areas had lots of areas for seating and working. Downtown location was very convenient"
